Optcore has an online store to help you shop very quickly. Register and Log in to our store, choose what you want, add to the cart, issue payment, and shipping information. You will finish an order quickly. Then we will arrange the shipment soon.
Shipping Time
Most of the orders will be processed and shipped same day, excluding some custom items (Click to check the detailed process time). The specific shipping time varies on the destination, shipping service you choose, and customs clearance. If you have a strict delivery time requirement, you may contact the sales representative before your purchase, and we will recommend you an appropriate shipping method.
According to shipping methods, delivery time around the world is estimated as follows:

Shipment Notifications
Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an email advising you of the shipping status of your order and its tracking number, if applicable. When the tracking numbers are present, you can click on the link and it will take you directly to the carriers’ website so that you can track your order.
Note: It may take up to 24 hours before carriers will display tracking information.
Processing Time
Around 85% of orders, except custom or backorder items, will be shipped within the estimated processing time. Processing times are currently estimated and have yet to be guaranteed. However, we will make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible.

Backorder Items
We apologize if an item you wish to purchase is not currently available. If you buy an item that is backordered, your order will be processed at the time that the back ordered item becomes available.
You can see the detailed inventory status on each product detail page. For backordered items, the item will appear as “Available on backorder“
If an order contains backordered items, we usually arrange to ship the order when all items are ready. In the meantime, you will receive a reminder email with an estimated ship date.

Free Shipping on Orders over US$ 75.0
Optcore offers Free Shipping on orders of Eligible Items over US$75.0 in selected countries. Suppose your order with eligible items meets the free shipping order minimum of US$75.0 and your shipping to a suitable international delivery address. In that case, you can choose the ‘Free Shipping’ option during checkout. Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order’s free shipping eligibility.
Oversized or heavy items (without the ‘Free Shipping’ option on checkout) are NOT included in this offer for free shipping. Zipcodes in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO military may be subject to shipping charges.
Some orders over $75 may NOT qualify for free shipping, so you will not see the free shipping option on the shopping cart or checkout page. You may try adjusting the number of items in your cart, or purchasing higher-value items to check if free shipping applies.

Declared Value
We declare a proper value for the shipping invoices and documents. If you have any special requests, please send an email within 4 hours of your order date. Once the shipment is arranged, we can not change the declared value.
Note: All products listed price on our website are exclusive of customs fees and taxes. Customers are liable to pay all import fees.
Import Duty and Taxes
- Most of the products will be shipped from China. All prices are based on FOB China or EXW terms. The customers are responsible for assisting the freight forwarder in arranging customs clearance. You should bear ANY possible charges caused by customs clearance.
- Products in stock in our U.S. Warehouse will be shipped directly from New Jersey to any destinations in the United States. OPTCORE will only charge the product value and shipping fees.
- If you place an order with shipping service included, it only includes the shipping fee to your address. You still need to pay for import customs duty and taxes.
